Laugh with us, cry with us, and learn about AUTISM!

Words of Encouragement

Since I started this blog, a number of people have contacted me.  All of these people have provided me with encouraging comments, and I thoroughly appreciated it.  Here is a sampling of some of the things that have been said:

"I just wanted to send you a message about your blog. I had no idea the challenge you and Kevin are going through. I dont know what to say, but I wanted to let you know that I am reading your blog. I cant imagine what you are going through, and this is inspiring for mothers who have questions or are facing similar problems."
"I hope that you take this for what it's worth, someone who is reading your blog, and is learning with each post you write."
"For what it's worth, I think you're the best mother for your children because you are caring and are doing the research and you are doing the best you can do."
"I am so sorry to hear you went through all the judgements, at a time where all you needed was support. I didn't think you were crazy, I thought of you more as brave! Way braver than I, to even have another child, little lone having two under two. And you did make it look easy!"
"Maybe this is why God chose you for Josie. He knew you had all it would take to raise her and give her the most loving home and family. "
"Just wanted to say keep your chin up kid, and your not alone and your doing a good job as a mom."
"I do think you are crazy, but I think every mom is crazy, if we weren't we would never have kids or fun, lol!"
Update on April 4, 2013.

"If you ever want to talk I'm here just message me!!! Keep your head up!!!!"
"Hey Kim... I just want you to know I read your blog this morning and i want you to know I'm here for you and anything you have questions about as I deal with children with autism every day my life and would be happy to help you in anyway and to tell you I know how hard it is I help many parents with this I hope you will talk with me about it oxox"
"Love you Kimmy sorry you are having such hard times. But You are strong and are the best mom to help her get through this"
"and you are a very caring and dedicated mom. I have read some of your blogs and you try to stay positive and focused.....somedays are harder than others. One day I feel your parenting will reward you; I have worked with many children in the autism spectrum and it took many years to see them put something into practice that was taught years before. Progress can seem slow BUT it is ALL so worthwhile:)"
"Hey just wanted to let you know that I've been following your blogs and it puts a smile on my face to know that you are doing everything to help Josie.."
My heart breaks for all of you. Just keep doing what you are doing, Kim. You are a great mom and you are giving everything you have so that she can lead a happy and healthy childhood. Your girls are lucky to have you. Xox"
"There are good days... and there are bad days...you will all get through this. You and Kevin are strong and it's ok to be upset. There will be better days ahead."

Thank you everybody.  Your encouragement is what keeps me going with the blog!  I will update and add to this list from time to time!
